A must have book for Thermal EOR Engineers!

This is the classical book by late Dr. Roger Butler (father of SAGD) on thermal recovery of heavy oil and bitumen. This book is very good. Reservoir engineers, production engineers and facilities engineers who are involved in thermal enhanced oil recovery (EOR) projects should own this book.
The book is concise. Fundamentals of heat transfer in solids, fluids and porous media are first laid out before actually covering thermal recovery processes, equipment and facilities.
The book does not cover only SAGD (steam-assisted gravity drainage) but also cyclic steam stimulation, steam-flooding and in situ combustion thermal EOR processes/technologies.
Production and facilities engineers will find the chapter on "steam recovery equipment and facilities" very useful.
It is unfortunate that this book is currently out of print.
