Driven by the steadily increasing cost pressure on European airports, operators need to develop new sources of revenue. The greatest po-tential in generating additional revenue to combine reasonable income with high profitability can be found in the non-aviation sector, particularly in the travel retail segment. The re-search, however, revealed that airport retail is not always a fast-selling item. The market experiences extensive challenges driven by advanced airline retail activities or online sales developments. In order to face the recent challenges, the importance of commercial revenues for airport operators needs to be evaluated firstly. Moreover, characteristics and specialties of travel retail have to be analyzed. Based on that, the thesis explores some of the key factors, such as market trends, economical changes and technical developments, which are leading to an ever-challenging environment for airport retail managers. Finally, the research paper aims at elaborating resulting challenges and future opportunities by providing new ideas and solutions in optimizing airport retail for European airports in general and Copenhagen Airport in particular. To conclude the master's thesis, a summary is presented reviewing all findings. The overall research results reveal that Copenhagen Airport's retail philosophy has adapted to the dynamic changes in the airport retail segment. However, there remains significant room for

Someone else must have thought it was great too and so they stole it

Simply incredible. I came accross this text some two years ago and had the hard copy shipped to Jamaica. Someone else must have thought it was great too and so they stole it. I was preparing for a new sales managemet role and needed some insight. I bought tge book for the second time but this time the Kindle version. I find to text to be extremely thorough yet practical. The principles can be applied to every possible salesforce regardless of product offerings. One of the best investments I have ever made.

It is a pretty good book

It is a pretty good book, but KINDLE (or whoever is in charge of this) PLEASE PUT ACTUALLY PAGE NUMBERS. I seriously had assignments that were a lot harder just because the teacher listed page numbers. What do I see instead of page numbers? 1243325423 of 12342343245646 (WTF).

Now for the positive, it was cheap for the amount of time that I used it, and I did recommend to my friends who also saved money because of this.

Great product, thanks for uploading it to Kindle.

Believable

There is very strong evidence that Diana, Princess of Wales, was going to marry Dodi. Of course she was. She knew her ex-boyfriend the doctor was not going to marry her. Being through it myself, I believe the Princess was desperate to marry and have another child before it was too late. Dodi's own butler said that Dodi called him and said to get everything ready because they were coming back and he was going to propose to her that night. Everything points to this. I have read a dozen books and dozens of articles on the subject and debated with myself,
i.e., did 'they' kill her, was it just an accident, or even could she still be alive. I have come to the conclusion that it is indeed very possible that Diana had to go and 'they' got rid of her.
